We understand that you are concerned about your account which has been blocked/banned.
Just to let you know that even if you do not run any illegal programs directly, there could be some unknown programs/malware installed in your system which might trigger the game's anti-cheat software.
This could be the reason your account might have been flagged and restricted.
If the message “Your account is being investigated due to unusual gameplay patterns” shows, then the account will be unplayable for 24 hours for investigation.
After investigation, if there are no gameplay patterns that violate the terms and services, the account will be accessible again.
After investigation, if there is evidence of violating the terms and services, the error message will turn into a permanent restriction and the account will not be accessible.
If the message “You have been banned by STEAM” or the “You are banned from games (876000 hours left) appears, that means that the account has broken the terms and conditions of the game (illegal programs, cheating, bug abuse, etc.) and the account will be permanently restricted.
Lastly, if the message shows that “You are banned from games for ‘detecting anomalies’ (24 hours left) then the account has been restricted temporarily for breaking the terms and services of the game. Please note that this restriction can turn into a permanent restriction if the behavior continues.
Please understand that we place the investigation process to limit false restrictions on account. If accounts are found to have broken the terms and conditions, we cannot lift those restrictions under any circumstances.
